Your Coach

My name is Lotje van Nimmerdor en I was born in Utrecht in 1977. I graduated at Nimeto (The Dutch institute for Marketing Economical and Technical Education)  - an elite Dutch school with a unique concept combining marketing and art.  I majored in Advertising and Presentation Techniques. After that I studied History of Art in Amsterdam and became a bachelor of art.

During my studies I have worked for 5 years as a recruiter and supervisor for Randstad Polytechniek and Yacht Technology and I followed a number of communication trainings there. But my passion has always been teaching – so I have decided to study some more and fetched a bachelor degree in education at the Hogeschool van Utrecht.

I have been teaching at various high schools in the Utrecht and Zuid-Holland regions. Between 2008 and 2012 I was a member and chairwoman of the district council of Vleuten – De Meern. Since 2008 I have also been a PR lady for the foundation Natuurlijk Vleuterweide. I lobby with the political parties and authorities, I communicate with media and our support base and I take part on a number of local initiatives aimed to improve the life and security in the suburbs of Utrecht.

So I am a presenter by trade and a teacher by heart. I hope that thanks to my understanding of history, politics, business, etiquette and my deep passion for Dutch language I will provide you with a unique learning experience.
